Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
By submitting your order, you are confirming that you understand and agree to all terms.

Vintage Products

All vintage items are one-of-a-kind, with only 1 piece per style and single sizing.
If you wish to purchase, please complete payment as soon as possible — the item may be purchased by another customer ♡

Pre-order Products

Pre-order items require 7–21 working days to arrive.
If they arrive early, we will ship within 3–7 working days, and you will receive a notification once shipped.

If a pre-order item is out of stock, you may choose a full refund or exchange for another item in-store.
All pre-order updates (e.g., out of stock / restock) will be posted on MAHŌCARD Instagram.

Product Availability

Products are sold as “in stock” or “pre-order.”
Status will be clearly stated on each product page.

• In-stock items: shipped within 3–7 working days
• Pre-order items: estimated 7–21 working days, depending on supplier production and shipment schedules
(Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Pre-order items may be delayed due to special circumstances (e.g., supplier delays, shipping errors, international logistics issues, natural disasters).
Shipping may be extended up to 31 working days.

If the delay exceeds 31 working days, any in-stock items within the same order will be shipped first.
Once the remaining pre-order item arrives, MAHŌCARD will cover the shipping fee for the second delivery (Hong Kong only).

Out-of-Stock Refunds

Refunds for out-of-stock items require 3–14 working days.
For refunds processed via credit card or bank:
If the remaining order amount no longer meets the free-shipping or promotional thresholds, the free shipping / discounts will be cancelled accordingly.

Shipping

Default delivery method: SF Express (Cash on Delivery)
Enjoy free shipping within Hong Kong with a single purchase of HKD 800 or above.
