General Products

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except under the following conditions:
• The received item’s quantity or style does not match the order
• The item arrives with major defects

If any of the above occurs, please contact us on Instagram within 7 days.
MAHŌCARD reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a product qualifies for return.

Vintage Products

All vintage items come with natural, minor flaws by default — please consider carefully before purchasing.
Once the order is confirmed, no return or refund will be provided.
Obvious defects will always be stated in the product description, while tiny imperfections may occasionally be overlooked. Thank you for your understanding ՞߹‿߹՞

Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been:
• Washed or worn 
• Damaged due to human factors
• Exposed to scents (perfume, smoke, laundry detergent, etc.)

Shipping fees for all approved returns must be covered by the customer.
